Tracking

After the seller ships the product, you can easily track it through the tracking information provided by the seller. If the seller uses a tracked shipping service, you will be able to see the carrier details and the product's current location. To check the delivery updates, you can go to your purchase history.

However, if the seller does not offer tracking service, you will only receive the product's delivery date. To track your order, you need to have an order confirmation that was sent to your email address after checkout. Once you have the order confirmation, you can view your order details and select "show shipping details and status" to check the delivery company, current product location, and tracking number. Please note that tracking is only available for items with an order confirmation.
